From 1 January 2012 all state fees collected by the Registry Agency for registration of companies and company information in the Commercial Register are reduced by 50 % for applications and documents signed with e-signature.

For example, the state fee for registration of a limited liability company (LLC) will be only 80 BGN if the documents are submitted electronically, instead of the standard fee of 160 BGN for submission of paper documents to the Commercial Register.
